Our approach

How we actually do it.

Every repair starts on the measuring bench, not the paint gun. Impact rarely stays where you can see it — a scuffed bumper can hide a shifted subframe, and a straight-looking hood can be sitting a few millimetres out at the cowl. We measure against the manufacturer’s factory data before deciding what gets straightened, what gets replaced, and what’s genuinely fine as it is.

Once the structure is confirmed to spec, the visible repair follows — panels aligned so gaps and shut lines match the rest of the car, and every weld or bolt-on section brought back to factory tolerance before anything goes near a primer coat.

How it works

The steps, in order.

What actually happens between dropping the car off and picking it back up.

01

Assessment

The vehicle is stripped back where needed so hidden damage is found before quoting, not after.

02

Structural repair

Frame and chassis measurements are taken on the bench and worked back to factory reference points.

03

Panel work

Damaged panels are repaired or replaced and aligned so gaps and shut lines match the rest of the car.

04

Refinish and check

Repaired areas are refinished, the car is reassembled, and everything is checked before it leaves the shop.

When you need it

Bring the car in if any of this sounds familiar.

After any accident, from a low-speed parking hit to a heavier collision

When panel gaps or shut lines no longer look right after an impact

If the car pulls, tracks oddly, or feels different to drive after a hit

When an insurance claim needs a proper damage assessment and quote

Questions

What people usually ask before booking.

Do you deal with my insurance company?

Yes. Give us the claim number and your insurer’s name and we’ll handle the adjuster directly, from the first estimate through to sign-off.

How do you know if the frame is actually bent?

The car goes on a measuring bench and is checked against the manufacturer’s factory reference points — not judged by eye.

Will the repaired panel really match the rest of the car?

Yes. Panels are aligned so gaps and shut lines match, and the refinished area is blended into the surrounding paint rather than butted against it.
